Bhote Koshi River

Kali Gandaki River ( The World's Deepest Gorge )
With ratings of 4-5, this river is not for the feint of heart. It winds through remote canyons and deep gorges for five days of intense rapids among gorgeous wilderness with great mountain views. The long run flows for 120 kilometers of continuous challenges. Trips begin and conclude in Pokhara.
Sun Koshi River
At 4-5 on the rating scale, an expedition on the Sun Koshi, with its put-in only three hours from Kathmandu, requires 8-10 days to complete. The run is 270 kilometers. From the third day on, The River is very wild with white water continuing until the very end.
Karnali River
Also a 4-5 rating, this far western river is the longest and largest in Nepal. A two-day trek is required from Surkhet in the Tarai. The next 90 kilometers are spent flying through spectacular landscapes and narrow gorges on some of the world's most challenging rapids. Then there is lovely 90 kilometers float with wildlife and beautiful scenery along the banks and opportunities for fishing in a wilderness nearly uninterrupted by human habitations.
Marshyangdi River
This raging uninterrupted 4-5 rated four days trip flows through the gorges of the Annapurnas under towering peaks. Trips on the Marshyangdi begin in Pokhara.
