The best time to trek in Sikkim is between March to mid May and mid September to late December. There will be some snow on the trek by early March and we need gaiters and good trekking boots and walking poles byte mid March, the conditions will be much ideal. We recommend you Gochala trek, which is for about 12 to 14 days combined with 9 days trek and rest as tour or transfer.

The Yuksam-Gochala trek inside Indian Highest National Park is the most unspoint trek in the Himalayas and rated among the top ten treks of the Himalayas . These treks also offer you a closer view of the world's third highest mountain - Mt. Khanchendzonga with panoramic views of other mountains in the vicinity.

Please apply Indian Visa in Indian Embassy/Consulate in your country and also ask for Sikkim permit. They will issue Sikkim permit for you along with the Indian Visa. Sikkim Permit is also obtained free at the border entry to Sikkim . Please bring two copies of the passport photo each. We will arrange and process your trekking permit.

Day 01 Fly to Bhadrapur - drive - Arrival - Darjeeling .
Arrival Airport and drive to Darjeeling ( 2134m). Overnight hotel. Good 03 star Hotel with Name.

Day 02: Darjeeling
In the morning, sunrise view from Tiger's Hill and in the afternoon, sightseeing of Ghoom Moanstery, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and Tibetan Self Help Center . Overnight hotel. Good 03 star Hotel "B"

Day 03: Darjeeling to Tonglu.
Drive one and half hour to Manebhnajyang and further vertical climb brings you to Tonglu (2800m). Excellent view of Kanchenjunga.Overnight at trekker's lodge. " B,L,D"

Day 04: Tonglu to Sandakphu.
Many ascents and descents characterize the trek to Sandakphu (3750m).Sandakphu perhaps offers the best simultaneous view of the Everest and the Kanchenjunga ranges. Distance 16 km, 7 hours walking. Overnight trekkers huts. "B,L,D"

Day 05: Sandakphu to Phalut.
The trek to Phalut is comparatively easy going as one does not encounter many ascents and the trek is more or less flat on the walking along the Singelila ridge. Phalut is near the Tri-junction of Sikkim , Nepal and West Bengal Overnight at trekkers lodge. "B,L,D

Day 06: Phalut to Rammam.
The trail plunges steeply into the Rammam valley till the village of Gorkhey after which it more or less flat land. Overnight in Trekkers Hut. Distance 14 km and 5 hours walking."B,L,D"

Day 07: Rammam to Rimbick.
The last day of your trek to Rimbick is more or less flat with some descents and meanders past meadows and small villages. Rimbick is a small village with little market. Tonight you will stay at a family home converted to lodge."B,L,D"

Day 08: Rimbick to Darjeeling .
Drive 3-4 hours to Darjeeling . Good 03 star Hotel with Name of the Hotel"B"

Day 09 : Darjeeling- Gangtok. Drive to Gangtok.Picnic.

Day 10: Gangtok:
