BOOKING and PAYMENT (Bhutan and Tibet)

* Final booking with passport copies and full contact address, are requested to provide us as early as possible to avoid difficulties at last minutes` arrangement for flights, permits and all ground handling.

 

* Advance Payment: 30% advance payment is required to be made at the time of booking the trip or sent by bank transfer to our bank A/C.

 

* Final Payment: 100 % trip payment is required to be made 15 days prior to start the trip.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

* 30 % cancellation fee will be charged for `confirmed booking` the trip if you cancel the trip within 30 days prior to start the trip.

 

* 50 % cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel trip within 15 days prior to start the trip.

 

* 75 % cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel the trip within 10 days prior to start the trip.

 

* No refund, thereafter (less than 10 days), also for no-shows, delay arrival or political unrest/sudden strikes, China`s permit policy changes or sudden restriction for foreign tourists to enter Tibet etc., whatsoever the reasons.
